Dr. Anjan Biswas earned his MA and Ph.D. degree in Applied Mathematics from the University of New Mexico, USA. After completing his Post-Doctoral studies at the University of Colorado, Boulder, he joined Tennessee State University, in Nashville, Tennessee, USA, as a faculty member. Currently, he works as a faculty member in Mathematics at Alabama A&M University that is located in Normal, Alabama, USA. His current research interest is in Mathematical Photonics. In particular, he focuses on the propagation of solitons through optical fibers along trans-oceanic and transcontinental distances. He concentrates on soliton perturbation theory, "quasi-stationary" solitons, "quasi-particle" theory, variational principle as well as "semi-inverse" variational principle that are all applicable to the study of optical solitons.

independent researcher, France
HervÃe Le Cornec is an independent researcher who’s interest is to build a theory of physics that embed no postulate at all. The theorem of the Keplerian kinematics is coming from this research. He used it to develop a space rendezvous simulator that does not need to solve the Lambert’s problem any more. Hervé Le cornec has directed the Unix service at the Department of Scientific Calculation of Dassault Aviation, and has been expert by the Prime Minister concerning the cryptology issues of the french numeric law.
